Freedom from offense

Psalm 119:165 says, “Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them.” (Ps. 119:165). Jesus came to earth, conceived by the Holy Ghost, in the virgin, Mary, born of the virgin, Mary, espoused to Joseph (Matt. 1:18-25). He had brothers and sisters (Mark 6:3). He started His earthly ministry at about the age of thirty (Luke 3:23). And for three and a half years, He healed, did miracles, and forgave sins. And at Passover in 31 A.D., Jesus died on the cross for the forgiveness of our sins, He was buried, and the third day He arose to give us the hope and promise of eternal life in His Holy name. Alleluia and praise the LORD. Amen and Amen.

Freedom from the devil

Jesus says in John 12:31 and 32, “Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out. Alleluia and praise the LORD. Amen and Amen.

Freedom from guilt and shame

Jesus took our guilt upon himself on the cross. Matthew 26:66 says, “What think ye? They answered and said, He is guilty of death.” (Matt. 26:66). Jesus despised the shame of the cross. Hebrews 12:2 says, “Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.” (Heb. 12:2). Life more abundantly

Jesus said in Luke 18:29, 30, “And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or parents, or brethren, or wife, or children, for the kingdom of God’s sake, Who shall not receive manifold more in this present time, and in the world to come life everlasting.” (Luke 18:29, 30). Freedom to die and live again

John 10:17, 18 say, “Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again. No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.” (John 10:17, 18). Unbelievers free from judgement

Jesus said in John 12:47, “And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.” (John 12:47). Also Jesus said in John 3:16, 17; “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.” (John 3:16, 17). Freedom to preach

Jesus has been given all power in heaven and in earth (Matt. 28:18). Therefore we have the freedom to teach all nations what Jesus commanded, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost (Matt. 28:19, 20). Jesus came to earth, conceived by the Holy Ghost, in the virgin, Mary, born of the virgin, Mary, espoused to Joseph (Matt. 1:18-25). He had brothers and sisters (Mark 6:3). Freedom from works

The apostle Paul in Romans 4:5 said, “…to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.” (Rom. 4:5). Paul also said, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” (Eph. 2:8, 9). Jesus’ yoke is easy and His burden is light (Matt. 11:30). Jesus came to earth, conceived by the Holy Ghost, in the virgin, Mary, born of the virgin, Mary, espoused to Joseph (Matt. 1:18-25). Freedom from the law of sin and death

The apostle Paul said, “…the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.” (Gal. 5:22, 23). Jesus gave us freedom from the law of sin and death, to follow the law of life in Jesus Christ (Rom. 8:2). Freedom from knowledge and understanding

The apostle Paul, talks about the peace of God that passes all understanding (Phil. 4:7). He also talks about the love of God that passes knowledge (Eph. 3:19). We can be filled with God’s peace and love in Christ Jesus of Nazareth and not necessarily understand it.
